Ocean Predator Access Agreement

Hungry Shark Evolution is a mobile action game that plunges players into the role of a constantly-evolving predator of the sea. By accessing or using any part of the platform or its features, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This includes your in-game progression, use of in-app purchases, shark customization features, online functionality, and participation in seasonal events or challenges. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any moment to reflect updates in gameplay mechanics, new content drops, or system-wide policy changes. Players are responsible for checking this page regularly to stay informed of any changes affecting their continued use of the game and related services.

• Hungry Shark Evolution offers both free gameplay and optional premium content, including rare shark upgrades, mission boosters, and cosmetic accessories. While the base game can be enjoyed without cost, purchasing premium items enhances your ability to survive longer, earn faster rewards, and access unique sharks not available to standard users. By completing an in-app purchase, you consent to immediate access to digital goods and acknowledge that all purchases are final unless otherwise required by regional law. We may update prices, item availability, or included features at any time to improve balance or reflect gameplay adjustments. Refund requests will be reviewed on an individual basis and are not guaranteed.
• Although we strive to maintain smooth and stable oceanic gameplay, Hungry Shark Evolution is provided on an “as-is” basis. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to device limitations, network conditions, or updates from third-party platforms (such as app stores or device manufacturers). By continuing to play, you acknowledge that technical issues may occasionally affect gameplay, leaderboard visibility, reward delivery, or event access. Our team actively works to patch bugs and release updates to improve user experience — but we are not liable for data loss, connectivity interruptions, or errors originating outside our control. Playing the game implies your understanding that such risks are part of the overall experience.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or shark-related ideas through in-game channels or affiliated platforms, you grant us full rights to use, adapt, and implement that material without compensation or credit unless otherwise agreed. We value community creativity but maintain the right to moderate, remove, or restrict user content that violates our code of conduct — including cheating, harassment, hate speech, or attempts to exploit the game systems. Offenders may face temporary suspensions or permanent bans depending on the severity of the violation.
